Ariel Sitter, Family Nurse Practitioner, is the founder of Time Machine Aesthetics focused on natural, refined aesthetic care. A Pittsburgh native living in Wexford with her husband, Aaron, and their three cats, Ariel combines advanced medical training with an artistic, detail-driven approach.

She began her nursing career at the Community College of Allegheny County, later earning her BSN from Slippery Rock University and completing her FNP training through United States University. With clinical experience in GI, oncology, medical-surgical, home infusion, and hospice, Ariel brings a compassionate, patient-centered perspective to every treatment.

Her mission is simple: safe, natural, evidence-based results that help every patient feel confident, informed, and timeless.
